Our Management Approach

Kemerköy is managed by a professional team under a Management Plan prepared in accordance with Condominium Law No. 634. In a two-tier structure, the Board of Representatives and the Board of Directors are founded on residents’ participation and transparency. Our professional management approach aims to make our residents’ lives easier, maintain order and provide reliable service.
